UPS and USPS services DO NOT deliver on Sundays or on United States Holidays.
- We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided and missed delivery attempts to your address. If UPS attempts to deliver your package three times and the recipient is not available, thus causing the package to be returned to us, the recipient will be responsible for the return transportation charges billed to Hoopologie. If the recipient notifies UPS of an address change, the recipient will be responsible for the $17.00 address change surcharge.
